General consultations
Free informational support for migrants in Lower Silesia, including assistance with residency and work legalization, healthcare and insurance, and everyday life in Poland. Consultations are available in four languages: Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, and English. To access support, it is necessary to present a passport and residence card or another document confirming legal stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

During the working hours of the Institute of Migrant Rights:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additionally, we offer consultations with experts in labor law, administrative law, and family law (lawyer), job search and CV preparation (career advisor), as well as running various forms of business activity (entrepreneurship advisor). Prior registration is required to access specialist consultations. To receive support, you must present your passport and residence card (if issued) or another document confirming legal stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Accessibility for people with disabilities and reduced mobility
The Institute of Migrant Rights (IPM) is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Below you’ll find instructions on how to reach us and how to use the lift and stair platform.
Building entrance
The main entrance is located at:
Ruska 46A/202 (intercom: 3)
The lift is located on the left side of the main entrance.
🛗 Lift – step by step
To use the lift:
- Enter 3 on the intercom at the entrance.
- Once connected, inform the consultant that you need to use the lift.
- Then move to the lift and wait in front of it — it is located outside, on the left side of the main entrance.
- When the lift arrives:
– step inside,
– do not press any buttons.
- The consultant will operate the lift remotely and take you to the appropriate floor.
⚠️ The lift operates only with staff assistance.
♿ Stair platform
The stair platform is located on the 2nd floor, at the entrance to IPM and Ukrainian Centre for Culture and Development (CUKR), right next to the glass doors. It is used to access the CUKR room or the restroom.
It is intended for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.
To use the platform:
- unfold the platform,
- step onto it or roll onto it with your wheelchair,
- pull the red button upwards,
- then press the black control lever in the desired direction and hold it throughout the ride; release it only after reaching your destination — the platform will then stop,
- after leaving the CUKR area, return the platform to the starting level and fold it.
